Linda Hanson primarily practices family law. She also has experienced in civil litigation, administrative law, insurance arbitration and real estate. Linda started her career in the general practice of law but chose to focus her efforts and attention on family law issues.
Linda accepts legal aid certificates and is committed to the representation of persons who may otherwise be denied the opportunity to secure legal counsel in important family law. She represents clients in matters of custody, access, child support, spousal support, CAS protection applications, and property matters including equalization and trust claims.
Linda has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal. She also has experienced before the Financial Services Commission, the Ontario Human Rights Commission, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal, the Canadian Pension Plan Review Board, and the Ontario Disability Support Program.
